- Shipping Estimates: After shipment, deliveries usually arrive within 3-6 business days (Monday through Friday). Occasional minor delays may occur due to external circumstances.

Order Handling and Shipping

Delivery Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please allow up to 2 additional business days and check your tracking link. If your package still hasn’t arrived, contact us with your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at info@sasa-sydney.com. Cancellations can only be processed if the order has not yet been processed or shipped. If your order is already on its way, it can be returned after delivery according to our return policy.
