How it’s going with return process

You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Returns requested after the 30-day period won’t be accepted. To start a return, please email us at info@sasa-sydney.com and include your order number and reason for the return, as we can’t process returns without prior approval. Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all original tags still attached. Please make sure the item is packed securely to avoid any damage during transit. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

 

  • How it’s going with refunds

    After we received and checked your returned item, we will refund your money with original payment method. This usually takes up to 7 days. No restocking fees apply.

  • How it’s going with exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@sasa-sydney.com within 30 days of the delivery date with the details of your request. Exchanges apply only to new items. We’ll assist you with the exchange process.

  • How it’s going with cancelations

    If you need to cancel your order, just send us a message at info@sasa-sydney.com as soon as possible. Once the order has been processed or shipped, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

  • How it’s going with damaged or incorrect items 

    If you happen to get something damaged or not quite right, we’re really sorry about that. Please snap some photos and email them to us at info@sasa-sydney.com. We’ll check it out and resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
