1. Where is my package?
After placing your order, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process your order and 5-12 business days for delivery. If these timeframes have passed and your package has not arrived, please contact our customer service team.

2. Where can I find my track & trace code?
Once your order has been shipped, you will automatically receive a Track & Trace code via email. Please also check your spam folder, as our emails sometimes end up there. Note that it may take some time for the Track & Trace link to become active.

3. How can I track the progress of my order?
You can track the progress of your order using the Track & Trace number you received via email. Enter the Track & Trace code on our Track & Trace page to view the status of your delivery.

4. I am not satisfied with my package.
Please review our refund policy for information on returning your package.
